| Your hostess, Barbara, made a little quilt from one set of blocks that were a little small to swap with the rest of the blocks sent in for the very first Scrappy 9-Patch swap in Spring, 2003. The yoke for the little dress the bear is wearing was made from the lone leftover block from the set. The bear will be one of many given to a needy child as part of Tucson Quilt Guild's holiday celebrations for 2003. |

| Nan used her very scrappy 9-patches from our first swap to make this wonderful gift for her retiring Sunday School teachers. All the setting blocks have special messages written in them to make a really special rememberance. |
