| 6" Scrappy 9-Patch Swap |
| Swap Guidelines, page 2 5. All fabrics must be prewashed and must be quilt shop quality 100% cotton. Please don't use it if you can see thru it. 6. Attach a label to each block you send in. The label should have your name, email address, and where you live. DO NOT write on the actual block with any type of pen or pencil. If using a sticky label, please affix to back of block. 7. Place each set in a large ziplock bag. Label zip lock bag with your name and email address. If you are sending multiple sets, bag label should also include total number of sets in this mailing (for example: you are sending 6 sets total; bag label should include 1 of 6, 2 of 6, 3 of 6, etc.) This will help keep your hostess from going too, too crazy trying to make sure you get as many blocks back as you sent to me :-) 8. Contact hostess to let me know your blocks are ready to mail, and I will send you my snail mail addy. 9. You must include a self-addressed stamped envelope large enough to return your blocks. DO NOT USE METERED POSTAGE ON YOUR RETURN ENVELOPE. I suggest that you use TYVEK priority mail envelopes provided by the post office. Please check how much your entire package weighs. If over one (1) pound, you will need to affix additional postage STAMPS on your return envelope. 10. Notify hostess again that your blocks are in the mail. I will reply to confirm receipt. (I missed a swap deadline due to post office losing my package in transit, so I think this is an important step) 11. All blocks must be recieved by the due date. I want to have all blocks swapped and mailed back out to you within a week of the due date. |
