Now that I've decided to make my move to Tucson permanent, Brandy, Mr. B, and I are settling into our new digs. We have a much bigger space to play in. I actually have some space for a smallish garden, and a separate huge room for my quilting studio, plus the usual amenities like a separate living room. Mr. B really resents not being able to go on kitty patrol after dark, but there are coyotes prowling about, as well as lots of other interesting wildlife.

I celebrated the Memorial Day weekend by planting a new garden vegie bed and taking pics of how well what was planted last year has grown in. What a difference a year makes!
Memorial Day Gardening
The Tucson area is absolutely beautiful and quite varied. Within 45 miles, you can travel between saguaro forests to pine forests. The spring wildflowers can be incredible, and there is always a wealth of wildlife to observe, especially birds around my house.
